OFFICIALLY ACCEPTED to compete in the #ToughMudderX competition in Hugo, MN on July 14th!! Keep it simple! I like to do basic workout once every week or so. It's a great benchmark workout for either #AmericanNinjaWarrior or #OCR ; if you can become exceptionally strong with your bodyweight, you can fare quite well in either.
This particular one was simply pull-ups (5-10 per round), push-ups (15-20), and sit-ups (15-20) over the course of 10 rounds. Depending on the day, I'll throw in wall-sits, squats, lunges, burpees, etc. to hit different muscle groups. I was running hills after this, so I wanted strictly upper body.

I've been doing my best lately to try to get uncomfortable in my workouts again. Sled hill sprint, followed by a bucket carry; 5 rounds. This one nearly broke me, so I'm hoping the one at the MN @spartanrace Sprint won't 😒πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

Garage work for speed and quickness drills after power, following my track and field workout yesterday morning. The goal here is to exhaust myself through power before going into speed, quickness, and agility.
