Keep it simple! I like to do basic workout once every week or so. It's a great benchmark workout for either #AmericanNinjaWarrior or #OCR ; if you can become exceptionally strong with your bodyweight, you can fare quite well in either.
This particular one was simply pull-ups (5-10 per round), push-ups (15-20), and sit-ups (15-20) over the course of 10 rounds. Depending on the day, I'll throw in wall-sits, squats, lunges, burpees, etc. to hit different muscle groups. I was running hills after this, so I wanted strictly upper body.
