End of a fab weekend!!... flower show on friday 🌺 and yesterday was my clients @r4chcoops hen do πŸ”...bloody fab time with both πŸ‘―β€οΈ...

I knew at beginning of my prep that I had this weekend and have factored it in .. am currently exactly half way ( 8 weeks to go) and with previous weeks have refrained from cheats so I could join in a little this weekend with celebrations πŸŽ‰... couple of meals off plan and a couple of drinks 🍹 ( tbh the more my fitness increases these days I can honestly take or leave alcohol- something I never thought I'd say πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚) .. I have completely stuck to plan though with training πŸ’ͺ and currently on route home now to fit in a sesh on that stepper .... and this is not for one minute because I feel guilty about having some downtime this weekend ... it's more because the little bit of r&r has made the πŸ”₯ burn more so for my end goal !... ready to get stuck into another 8 weeks πŸ’― #refreshed #motivated #makingitwork #prep #8weeksout

Throw πŸ”™ to my first show this year 8 weeks out to now , 8 weeks out of my next and final comp πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§... things much clearer , sharper and tighter at this point ... I've spent a lot of this year on prep really so had no real improvement season but have kept things on an even keel as possible and made the most of the food and training that has been put in ... my particular areas of focus were/are my midsection and glutes/hams ... definite improvement in both areas I feel ....

Chicken breast beaten to a bit thinner state than it comes ( I did this with rolling pin in food bag) ... chicken dipped in egg white , flour then Nando's piri piri salt and breadcrumbs combined together πŸ—πŸ‘Œthen grilled ......grilled portobello mushroom for the bun πŸ„( brioche buns for H as he detests mushrooms ! ) topped with a spoonful of salsa and a side salad for me , garlic bread 🍞 for h ... Saturday done βœ…πŸ˜‹

My transformation Tuesday...date as shown to literally about an hour ago .... approx 2 and half years... consistency , hard work , and putting discipline in place because doing the stuff you got to do , well, sometimes you really don't feel like doing it! But that's where it counts most πŸ’―... .
Interestingly as well the middle pic is from around the time I first joined @thewarehousegymsouthport , I really do believe that this gym has not only brought me on hugely as a Personal Trainer but as an athlete I have been pushed way more and come on big time as surroundings and environments really can make a huge difference... .

A little clip of me and @mariasheedy14 doing challenge 3 of the Underground Games πŸ†... the challenge is 1609 row , straight into 100 pull ups , straight into 200 press ups , straight into 300 squats , we have 45 mins to do it in and mine was done in 28.07 but needs to be done again as all my reps can't be seen on video 😩😩... rules are rules tho and you better believe I'll have that camera at every angle next time so nothing is missed ! πŸ˜‚ #thewarehousegymsouthport #undergroundgames #repsonrepsonreps

LOTS of work to be done but looking at these I think it's do-able πŸ™‚ I'm not afraid of hard work , in fact that's how I work best .... this week has been a bit more difficult with dealing with bringing a new arrival into the world πŸ‘Άβ€οΈ and for 2 and a half days not really being at home , but absolute no excuse! I just made sure I was prepared in advance and you better believe I rocked up at that hospital with Tupperware πŸ˜€πŸ˜‚.... in between mouthfuls of chicken and sweet potato heather had my full support! πŸ˜‚
Seriously tho , prep can be done , you just have to want it πŸ’―

Still feeling great , still loads of energy now sleep has been caught up on , training is πŸ™Œ... @ryanrhino_ has already sent over my plan for the week for food , pressure has been added this week ( lower / higher days ) 😬..... let's see what can be done βœ…
