|| SUPPORT || Lots of you saw my IG story a couple of days ago about suicide. Thankfully the man chose life on that occasion, but that isn’t always the case. Mental illness is real and we need to keep the conversation going. Whether you or someone you love struggles with a mental illness or has down days in their mental health, it’s all so worthy of a voice. Never forget that YOU are worthy of having someone listen to you. We must seek out support when we need it and be an open ear for those around us when we sense that they need it. It’s not always easy being either party. Even as a listener, we might be triggered by things our loved ones are saying, but those triggers alone can tell you a lot about yourself and what’s cooking underneath the surface. We need to stop living life via that top layer and get a little deeper. ❤️ Tell someone you trust today a little something about yourself. || BLONDIE || Took a few hours out to get ma hurrrrr did yesterday and ended up the most blonde I’ve ever been, and I LOVE IT! All of the beach feels... now I just need that heatwave to make a come back! 💁🏼‍♀️☀️ Thank you @alineknee at @avedauk for working your magic. 🙌🏼💥

|| HIGH VIBES || I did it and what a feeling it was! 🎉 Thank you to the amazing humans who showed up and shared their practice with me yesterday and a HUGE thank you to @samsunguk for giving me this opportunity and for listening to my story and helping me share that with you all. || SAILING INTO TUESDAY LIKE 🏄🏼‍♀️ || Okay okay, I lied, it’s more like ☕️🏃🏼‍♀️🚂😅 But still, I’ve got all the good feels. Heading into London for a very busy, but exciting day. A reminder for myself and any of you who need it... SLOW DOWN. I was getting so worked up this morning about missing my train and then took a moment to breathe and realised that being 30 minutes late really isn’t the end of the world. I could have continued to beat myself up about letting myself and others down, but once I’d made that connection and given myself a chance to slow down my anxiety began to waiver and I started to get all the positive vibes back into my soul. Here’s to a fun day ahead! 💃🏼❤️💃🏼

|| MAKE CHANGE WITH ME || 💜 I'm super excited to invite you to a special FREE 45-minute yoga class that @samsunguk have challenged me to host! The catch is that I've only had 48 hours to plan it. Keep reading for all of the info. When I first started my blog, it was after my knee reconstruction, after being told I wouldn't be able to dance again, after a downward spiral with my mental health. Starting the blog was a way of motivating myself to get out there. It was time to step out of my comfort zone and build my confidence. Having the blog and having awesome technology to help me create posts, was exactly what I needed. I want this yoga class to be about finding YOUR confidence to step outside of your comfort zone. Whether you're a total beginner, too shy to go to a group class or you're just looking to challenge your yoga practice, come along to the class and flow with me. All levels are welcome. Here are the details: •Tuesday 14th August (TOMORROW!)

|| NEW YOGA TUTORIAL! || This photo bears no resemblance of today’s yoga tutorial on YouTube, but I like the photo and I just wanted to come on here and tell you that there’s a new flow live. 💃🏼😛 It’s a juicy 30-minute wake up, energising yoga practice... but it can really be done any time of day to be honest! || EWW WHAT’S THAT?! || It’s a cold sore. It’s something that many people get. Yet the stigma around them is crazy and I feel it. It’s a virus, it’s contagious, it’s ‘ugly’, it’s painful, it’s frustrating, it’s a real confidence sucker. And so here I am to tell you that I get them too. If you don’t, awesome. Just don’t judge someone that does. I usually get mine inside my nose - I know, sexy! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ - and they’re really blimmin’ painful, but on Wednesday I had a stressful day and this beauty popped up out of nowhere. Despite putting this photo out there to the World Wide Web, I don’t feel ok about it, but I felt the need to share as this pesky thing has got me feeling a little down and is less than ideal for a day of filming tomorrow. Anyway, my point is, if you get them, you’re not alone. If you don’t, think yourself lucky and don’t just stare at someone else’s like they’ve got dog sh*t all over their face. 👍🏼

|| CRASH LANDING || For every success, there are at least 10 fails that come first. At least that’s how it is for my handstand press work! 😂 Also notice the lovely lump of Simba’s fur stuck to my bum. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Pup mum life isn’t the more glamorous, but it’s still the best. 🐕❤️ Wearing: @aloyoga on my @yogi.bare mat

|| ALL WORKED OUT 😅💪🏼 || I rounded off the week with a sweaty workout, which felt so good! Since returning from Bali, I've been a little slow getting back into my practice and back in the gym, taking it all really easy, just gently bringing my body back to life. I'm so happy to be partnering with @samsunguk again, and thanks to the new (and super chic) #GalaxyWatch, I felt a little more motivated to challenge myself. There were squats, deadlifts, handstand wall walk ups, pulls, dips and all sorts happening! Needless to say the endorphins are very much flowing now, hence the smile on my face! 😆

|| LOVE EVERY THOUGHT || Do you remember when you were a kid and you’d sit on a chair or wall and just swing your feet back and forth, hands gripping the edges, ready to jump off at a moments notice? That’s what this photo reminds me of. The anticipation of what’s coming next. Feet swinging maybe from excitement, from restlessness, maybe the unknown. ✨ I went to a meditation with my lovely friend @jodyshield a few weeks ago and she said wouldn’t it be amazing if we could wake up each day and be in love with all of our thoughts. Even the negative ones, the anxious ones, the fearful ones. It would be beautiful to give those thoughts as much love, space and acceptance as the positives. That’s my mantra today - Love Every Thought - the happy with the sad, the excitement with the fear, the highs with the lows. What’s your mantra today? ❤️ 📷: @rosieannbutcher
