Want to know a secret about handstands?
There's no one way to 'perfect' being on your hands, other than being on your hands. Practice, practice, practice. Practice until its second nature. Until you don't even have to consciously think about all the things that go into creating a stable handstand.
Here's what practicing handstands will do:
It'll make you stronger.
It'll make you understand what TENACITY means (and what it means to have it).
It'll make you focus and give you an outlet.
It'll remind you that life should be FUN and it'll connect you with people who have similar interests.
I could go on.
Here's what it won't do:
It won't make you a better person.
It won't make you happier (you know, deep down on the inside). It won't help you pay your bills and it won't make people like you more (but maybe you'll connect with new people!). Try it, see how it feels!
