It's been almost 6 weeks since the Olympia... boy does time fly by.
After much need time off, due to a back injury and bronchitis all at once 😰Did literally zero cardio in almost 6 weeks.....got some shitty workouts in but I was dying to train hard, well now I'm back on it!! Prepped food yesterday which I had not been doing at all. I was cooking yummy meals but trying still to be healthy. It's time to workout hard and do a little cardio ( it's good for the heart ❤️) 😂 I love to train so I will continue to be fit because I love it not because I have a show to prep for.
