Typical english big breakfast is bad for health, it's extremely high calories, high cholesterol, high saturated fat, high sodium, oily and toxic. Each meal could easily set you back at 1500kcal, that's not even the worst part, it deteriorates your health by consuming whole bunch of processed food regularly. Eating healthy doesn't need to be boring, it can also be colorful and delicious. Balanced diet is the key, it's important to have a bit of everything on the plate like protein, carbs, minerals, vitamins, dietary fiber and saturated fat, it replenishes the nutritions our body needs. But it's also important to keep the portion size controlled under your daily calories intake to maintain your weight.
