If you starve your body in means to lose weight, then the next time you eat, your body will actually hold onto that fat from your food and store it in your body. This is to prepare itself for the next time it has to go without so it can fuel itself. It's like going into survival mode as it would in the wild.
It's better to just eat healthy meals regularly throughout the day, that nourish you and provide you with what you need to thrive.
Think of what the food can do for you, and how it can help your body to function, rather than being scared of it. As long as you are working out around 4 times a week you can burn it off 😊😊😊

No Hands 😎👌

Since moving to a new city, getting used to several new jobs at once, longer travel time to get anywhere, taking too much on, change of diet and extreme lack of sleep, it's really taken it's toll on me.
For over a month I have been coming home some nights, going straight to bed and struggling to turn over or move at all. I couldn't concentrate at work or keep my room tidy. That's not like me at all. What happened to the Cassie that works 2 or 3 jobs at once and still cooks healthy and exercises and is happy? It goes to show how important it is to take a step back and assess your lifestyle and what your body needs. I feel like I am finally back to normal just in the last week! I went for a run tonight as I am training for a modelling comp and I just couldn't stop running! I was bounding with energy! What an amazing feeling.
From now on I need to remember to work hard, be productive, but also allow 'me' time to recover from everything I take on. I feel so much more positive now, I have things to look forward to and I'm back on track!!! Bring on the rest of the year 🎉🎉
