Going on a retreat this weekend and thankfully the cabin has a fridge. So what did I do?? Prepped 6 chicken breasts. πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”πŸ”
Olive oil + lemon pepper = my favs when cooking chicken. Evening humidity + immense heat from the stove = least favorite when cooking chicken. Oh well πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ”₯πŸ—

I'm a nursing student and this past year gave me very little time to post. I still have 2 years of this program but I'm hoping I'll know how to manage my time a little better this next year. πŸ’‰
I've been back in the gym and cooking and I'm excited to see all your workout and food posts πŸ’ƒπŸΌ

I don't usually forget to post my meals, but when I do, it's my favorite 😬
So the way I cook my magical chicken... put it in a pan on low. Add a lil water. Cover that shiz up. Let it cook until it's mostly cooked then cut it into smaller pieces. Turn that shiz on high and add olive oil & seasonings πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ STIR πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
Then you have your chicken πŸ”πŸ₯πŸ£πŸ”πŸ”πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“ ❀

You know I'm all about those viewz. β˜•οΈ
If I'm not eating oatmeal for breakfast, I'm eating toast topped with an egg and #sriracha duhhhh. With a side of fruit (with PB duhhh x2) and coffee duhhhh x3.

The difference 3 years can make.

God knows I get frustrated with myself when I see my thigh fat, cellulite, and belly rolls... but by the grace of God, I have a much better image of "health" than I did before.
If you're trying to recover, fight that fight. You'll certainly be better off. But if you think you're gonna recover 100% and not worry about the same stuff you used to, you're incredibly mistaken. This is going to be something that takes SO long. Years. Maybe even a lifetime.

It's important to take control of it and acknowledge it. Every single day. If you don't, you're not getting the point. You're sweeping shit under the rug and wondering why the room still smells like shit. It's okay to be a little messed up, I promise. We just have to find a way to live with it. And we gotta keep pushing ourselves every single day a little more and more to make that possible. 😊

For this bowl I cooked oats with water and then added 1 egg white (stir it in while it's hot so the oatmeal cooks it). I then stirred in 1/2 scoop @questnutrition vanilla protein and then topped it with PB, bananas, and cinnamon πŸ’ƒπŸΌβœ¨

Cut the chicken. Cook the chicken. Add coconut oil. Stir fry the chicken. Add Sriracha garlic salt from @webergrills. Stir the chicken more. Let the chicken cool. Eat the chicken. ✨✨✨

Y'know when you're sick and you wake up every 2 hours for no reason? And then you have a 8am anatomy lecture so you're dead? Yeah same ☺️
But this was the cure πŸ˜› 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg on 2 slices of wheat toast. Can't forget about the essentials of course (Sriracha) ✨❀️πŸ”₯

Pretty sure I made this exact same thing recently aaaaand it's also dinner time but 1. I juuuust got sick today and 2. who cares bc I luv my oats. πŸ’–βœ¨
To prepare: cook 1/2 cup oats in water. Mix in 2 egg whites and stir until they're cooked. Mix in instant coffee, sweetener, and coffee creamer. Top with @questnutrition bar (I used coconut cashew) and peanut butter. You're welcome. ❀️
