CORE CONTROL - This bosu ball ab machine is a great way to engage your core whilst safely supporting your back. Try these exercises for a 360 degree challenge for your abdominals:
1. Swiss ball raises parallel to ground x10
2. Oblique knee tucks alternating sides x10
3. Scissor legs x20
4. Pike feet to ceiling x10
Complete 4 rounds.

TIPS:
* Flatten your abs as you lift your legs to avoid distending (bulging). You can do this by recruiting your pelvic floor muscles, drawing in your belly button and flattening your back against the bosu.
* Use your forearms to stabilise your upper body by pushing down on the pads, lifting your shoulders away from your forearms and retracting (pushing down) your latissimus (shoulder blades). * Breathe! Inhale as you lower your legs and exhale as you lift them.

Two of my favourite exercises here - wide grip pull up and hanging pike - for back and abs. Still have some improvement to do on my pull up but you can't beat using your body weight for some core fundamental moves.

1. Single arm snatch to arm lower
2. Vaulters abs to push up
3. Frogger to row alternating
4. Lateral lunge to curtesy line w/biceps curl
5. Split squat with lateral to front raise.

30-60 seconds per exercise, no rest, 3-5 rounds, 60 seconds rest btw rounds.
35hz, low amplitude if using Power Plate.
