Total Body Ball Workout - 4 moves here to add to your workout repertoire: 1. Squat thrust to overhead lift x12 2. Reverse lunge to knee and ball touch x12 each side 3. Squat touch to overhead rotation alternating sides x12 each side 4. V sit crunch to overhead throw & catch x12 3-5 rounds
