Cable Core Series... This one hits the spot! 4 core moves using a resistance cable to strengthen, stabilise and sculpt your midsection:
1. Kneeling single arm row - try to keep your feet off the ground x10 each side
2. V sit with cable pull and leg pike x10
3. Sit up with single leg cable knee tuck x10 each side
4. Oblique twist x10 each side.

Hydrate hydrate hydrate... Want to look younger - drink more water;
Want better digestion - drink more water;
Want to perform better and recover faster - drink more water;
Want to reduce fluid retention and bloating - drink more water;
Want to avoid fatigue - drink more water... You get the idea :). How much water you should drink and whether you should add electrolytes will depend on your activity level and how much sweat you need to replace but as a general rule aim for 2 litres or 6-8 tall glasses per day.

Monday's Moves for you...this one is a simple dumbbell circuit combining Olympic lifts, a bit of CrossFit and other multi muscle exercises. AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes working 10 reps per exercise before moving onto the next!

Hotel Workout with my Amazonian butt kicker @jennypacey πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼. No gym and short on time so we hit the hotel balcony deck for this 'Booty Burner' with a core finisher:
1. Switch split jumps
2. Step downs (keep supporting leg bent throughout)
3. Plank to squat catch
4. 4-point jump to pike
5. Hanging oblique tucks -
40secs per exercise, 3-5 rounds (60 secs rest btw rounds).

Talking points: Frustrated over his loss to Mayweather; Open to fighting on UFC219 Dec 30th if he doesn't have to cut much weight (who wants NYE in Vegas?!); is pleased Ferguson & Lee are fighting and plans to defend his LW strap; wants the Diaz trilogy but thinks Nate could price himself out of it; thinks Bisping will win over GSP; wants one of these boxing guys to come over to UFC - Malignaggi has been vocal but will he step into the octagon?; would love a Mayweather rematch - possible if Money runs out of dollars again though he wishes him well; and post interview revealed EXCITING NEWS that his film 'Notorious' is set to premier the week of UFC217 in New York. It's a documentary from his childhood up until UFC205 when he became double World Champ and teases the Mayweather fight. I'll post again when the interview goes up online.
