Is it possible to OD on blueberries? 😏😳 I practically ate my weight in blueberries last night and this morning I added fresh berries to my shake.

Today was the last day of school for my daughter. I can't believe she's finished with her first year of high school. Just doesn't seem possible. 😒
Am I really old enough to have a 14 year old and a 15 year old?! 😳
I didn't want to feel rushed with her this morning, so I skipped my morning workout and opted to go to the yoga studio after work.

These little condiment cups are perfect for all sorts of things! I'm headed to yoga after work today and want to have my pre-workout on the way. This works perfect... and I won't forget where I put the powder. πŸ˜‚
If you are planning to workout away from home later in the day, put a scoop of your pre-workout in a condiment cup and toss it in your shaker bottle.
