****TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️ ****
This has taken me ALOT of courage to post but a couple months ago work got hard, my life was going downhill and I was just lost - so I turned to food to make me happy. I hadn't stepped in the gym for a while, so I weighed myself for shits and gigs, ONLY TO SEE I HAD GAINED MASSIVE AMOUNTS - I'm talking 5kgs in a month.
I couldn't wear the tight shirts I had, or fit the shorts that use to be to big... everything felt uncomfortable because I was so uncomfortable with myself!
So I decided to do a 28 day challenge and improve myself, I let myself down this last week with the shitty foods and drinks but I managed to lose 4kgs of body fat, 3 visceral fat levels and gain a level of muscle! Not only do I see slight physical changes but I feel 110% better with myself!!! It doesn't look like much of a difference but the amount of happiness I feel now compared to 1 month ago is unexplainable. So here's my 28 day difference, my challenge is over but I'm still going to continue this lifestyle! If you're on the same boat as me, I recommend PLC !!! It's honestly the best atmosphere ever and thank you to my coach @chloegeddesx for the constant support and checkups, you're amazing 💛😆
