I don't think I've ever gone THIS dark before but I love it. Infinitely grateful for my @juncasalon family. Now it's time for me to let my hair rest. No more crazy colors for now. ❀️

I've been getting a couple of messages as to how I cooked my meal prep for this week and it's pretty simple because I just experimented in the kitchen.

For both the chicken and the squash: πŸ”Ή I washed them so that they're clean and then I pat dry them with paper towels. πŸ”ΉI put them in separate HUGE bowls because they were A LOT. πŸ”Ή I just drowned them with salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. (okay, OA yung drowned. But point is, I didn't measure them) πŸ”Ή Mixed each bowl with my bare clean hands.
πŸ”Ή Left them covered in the ref while I watched a movie. πŸ”Ή Took them out and then I just pan fried them with some cooking spray! πŸ”Ή It's easy to pan fry the chicken because you can tell right away if it's cooked. Took me a while to cook the squash though because... I don't know how to cook. Tansya tansya nalang, I guess. πŸ˜…

DISCLAIMER: I AM IN NO WAY A CHEF. So this might not taste good for YOU but for me, I see myself doing this exact same meal prep every other week. Besides, I eat for sustenance. So anything that tastes remotely good WITH friendly macros is a go-go for me. πŸ’•

You can never compare my body to any other person's body. You can't look at me and tell me that I'm huge compared to your Korean idol. Want to know why? BECAUSE WE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. LITERALLY... AND FIGURATIVELY. πŸ˜‚ No two people will ever have the exact same genetics and fitness goals. For example, I was genetically bestowed with having a huge ass and thighs. *totally subjective* #patalife From both sides. I was never really given a fighting chance. LOL. So I EMBRACED IT. I ended up learning how to love it and now I find other women with booty gains inspirational. *ehem* @beyonce @whitneyysimmons @anacheri *ehem* But for some, they might prefer having the more slender figure and guess what... THAT'S OKAY. It's completely fine to have different BODY TYPES. The next thing you have to ask yourself: Have you pushed yourself to the best of your fitness goals? No? Then do something about that. 😌☺️

Ladies and gents, stop comparing yourself to other people and the type of body that they have because the only thing you need to be comparing yourself to IS YOURSELF. You're on your own journey.
