Whats my plan now? Well its my second day on my offseason so im going to add more size on my pecs and im going to eat what i want remember not going crazy with the food that day was yesterday ๐Ÿ˜‹ now its enjoy and relax and workout is going crazy good like a Beast in the gym! AND TODAY MY FREIND and MY CLIENT @testotimo coming from Finland ๐Ÿ˜Ž i love to meet my Clients for me its more then coaching i see all my longtime Clients like a family , brothers! I Always have very good contacts with my athletes ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผthats why they stay year after year as a coach you need to love to do it and not only see money.

Today i stop my diet and slowly going to fill up my muscles ๐Ÿ˜ƒ cutting / diet was about 4 weeks now i know to next time i need about 4 weeks on 5k calories to get shredded ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

I Remember when they talked shit! they told me i had small legs and they told me i could never build up my legs now they wants my leg routine โœŒ๏ธ this is why you never should talk bad about anyone that are new in the gym or think you are better always be kind and show respect we are in this together the person you should compete against is yourself not the people in the gym.
