The evening before shooting our Family Film Matt and I got into a little fight (which I can’t recall why haha!), the next morning he woke up with a fever, and on filming day, Mason skipped his nap and had a sugar high so he didn’t want to do any of his yoga poses. I was so worried that it would turn out to be a disaster but @deependimagery captured our family in the best imperfectly perfect way. Thank you, Kat!

CHIPOTLE BEET DEVILED EGGS. Looking for a quick and colorful appetizer? This one is crazy easy with #healthy #paleo ingredients:
• 8 #organic hard boiled eggs
• 1 medium roasted beet • 3 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods chipotle mayo or regular mayo
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika to sprinkle

Instructions:
Slice the eggs in half to take out the yolk. Then blend the other ingredient with the yolk in a blender or food processor. Place the mix inside of the eggs. Sprinkle paprika or any other garnish. TIP: buy the roasted beets pre-package! ❤️ What are your favorite quick apps? Share them below! 👇🏽

Golden Turmeric Latte✨My new fave comfort drink! Save this anti-inflammatory #recipe you can enjoy 🔥 or ❄️. It's also perfect for keeping you satiated between meals. Here's what you need: ✨1.5-2 cups non-dairy milk
✨1 tsp turmeric
✨1/2 tsp cinnamon
✨1/2 tsp ginger
✨1/4 t black pepper
✨1/2 tbsp @nowfoodsofficial acacia fiber
✨1/2 scoop @vitalproteins collagen ✨1/2 tbsp @nutiva MCT oil
✨Maple syrup as needed

Bring ingredients to a boil then simmer in a saucepan. Whisk or stir while it heats for about 3ish minutes. Pour in a cup and stir or use a handheld frother. Boiling activates the anti-inflammatory properties and extracts the curcumin (active ingredient in turmeric). What's your go-to comfort drink?
