Gotta hand it to this guy, seriously. His style is completely different from any I've seen. Super chill/laid back, shoots in his backyard wherever he wants, captures moments at completely random times that somehow work out really well, tells you to shut up if you talk too much, etc. Hats off to this fool haha 😎πŸ”₯

So, I want to mention that what I'm about to say will hopefully create some clarity for you guys in regards to who I am. This isn't me pursuing some sort of validation or pity, it's to be realistic and truthful with everyone. Although I show a large section of my life over social media, it's not entirely what goes on. Regardless of the fact that I prefer to not share much outside of fitness, I have nothing to hide and I'm more than willing to be vulnerable towards anyone that's curious. For any new followers I have who don't know much about me just yet, I withdrew from college last year to pursue fitness full time. So we'll start there.

I had a gentleman last week email me about online coaching (name will remain anonymous). He mentioned how he thought I was famous, lived a life of luxury and travel, didn't have a day job, etc. I proceeded to tell him that none of those were true. He questioned it and mentioned that he wish he hadn't heard that, to which I responded with what the actual truth was. The reason why I'm telling this story is to be realistic/brutally honest and tell you guys what that truth is. I know I put a lot of flashy pictures/videos up for everyone to see, buts that's not it. I live a bare minimum life in order to pursue what I love, and those efforts are just showcased with highlights. No, I don't have a lot of money (there's more that goes out than comes in most times). No, I don't have a lot of nice outside gym clothes/shoes. No, I don't have nice apartment kitchen/bathroom accessories. No, I don't have a lot of nice food to cook with. Yes, I'm very fortunate/thankful for what I do have, but I certainly don't roll in high class or work from home all day. As a side note, 12.5K Instagram followers is cool and all, but that doesn't make me any better than any person who stands next to me. Yes, I love connecting with others and find an interest in the entire social media culture, as well as keeping tabs on analytics since that's basically a part time job for me, but numbers are still numbers at the end of the day.

So, this is me, clear as day. Obviously I didn't cover everything, but you get the idea. Just keepin' things real ✌

I'll be honest with you guys, I cheated HARD last night (Brazilian Steakhouse πŸ‡§πŸ‡·), but only because it was the last time I'd see certain individuals from my family before my move. Regardless, I'm down about 2-3lbs. from last week, so we're still right on track πŸ“ˆβœ… I obviously want to lean out, but the point of this cut isn't to get extremely shredded (the shoots I have I can't be shredded for). Given the fact that there's a lot of obstacles ahead over the next few weeks, the idea is to do what I can with what I have, enjoy life and take everything in, and feel out my body to see what works/what doesn't πŸ‘ŒπŸΌHope everyone has a solid week ahead! πŸ”₯

Just to keep you guys in the loop and for those who didn't see my story yesterday πŸ‘‰πŸΌ I'm now up about 8-10 lbs. from when this shoot happened. Next week starts a quick 6 week ketogenic cut, which I'm pretty excited about. If anyone has any suggestions or pro tips for tackling this diet, please feel free to shoot me a message πŸ™πŸΌ I'm always up for some advice.
