Here's the routine:
20 Basic Push-Ups
10 Explosive Plyo Push-Ups
15 Diamond Push-Ups
1 up to 4 Pyramid Clapping Push-Ups
DONE NON-STOP NO REST BETWEEN EXERCISES. REST AFTER CYCLE FOR 1 MIN. THEN REPEAT 15 CYCLES

Got a great pool workout in !! If you never tried it you must, with the push exercises the water pulls you with resistance in opposite direction and vice versa, so here's the workout:
10 lap swim
5 sets of 10 reps V-sit toe touch
5 sets of 10 reps leg lifts & bent knee crunches
5 sets of 20 PLYOMETRIC push-ups
5 sets of 15 reps Muscle-ups(underwater) INTENSE
5 sets of 20 dips (body half in pool)
Rest 30-45 sec between each set. Rest 1 min. After each exercise. *MUST CONTROL YOUR BREATHING WHEN DOING THE MUSCLE UPS UNDERWATER (I was in 9ft of water) IF YOU CANT SWIM DO NOT ATTEMPT !!

Great way to increase your pull up strength. This routine will help build power in your core as well. Pull variation WITHOUT letting go of bar. Here's the routine:
3 reps of Dead hang muscle-ups
3 reps of Chest to bar pull-ups
3 reps of Basic pull-ups
3 reps of Chin on bar & under bar static 2 sec. hold on top and bottom
3 reps of L-sit pull-up to waist with static 3 sec hold at top
3 reps of L-sit pull-up to waist
THIS IS 1 SET. ALL WITHOUT LETTING BAR GO.
Rest 1 min. After each set. Perform a total of 5 SETS for a great pull-up workout.

CALISTHENICS FAT-BURNING ROUTINE !! This routine help burn bodyfat, increase endurance & stamina as well as strength in these exercises.
5 exercises each done for 1 Minute non-stop with no rest in between. Here's the work:
1 Min. Jumping Jacks
1 Min. Squats
1 Min. Jump Squats
1 Min. Burpee Push-Ups
1 Min. Push-Ups
DONE BACK TO BACK NON-STOP. REST 2 minutes after cycle. COMPLETE 4 cycles. When complete you've burn over 1000 calories. Strong Back & Core routine. Every workout you do should be challenging, here is a challenging routine, that's intense and great for building strength. TAG A FRIEND TO TRY IT. Here's the routine:
5 sets of 10 reps tucked knee pull-ups (rest 30-45 sec between each set)
5 sets of 8-10 reps chin-up static hold(chin held above bar) leg lifts NO SWING (rest 30-45 sec. between sets)
5 sets of 10 reps Hanging L-sit short leg lifts (rest 30-45 sec between sets) INTENSE
5 sets of 10 reps pull-ups on last rep hold at top then 5 reps short pull-ups chin above bar then top of head directly under bar (rest 45 sec between sets)
