Quick blended sweet potato, peanut butter, pecan mush

Imagine you're standing inside a packed elevator and you need to pass gas. You pull your belly in and squeeze your butt to hold it in. When you do this, your spine goes into a healthy neutral position. Now try to keep yourself in this neutral position all day. Practice this when you're sitting, driving, standing, stretching but most importantly, when you exercise, you should first, engage your core (abs/butt).
The advantages of keeping your pelvis in neutral: When excessive tilt in the pelvis goes forward the spine compresses and muscles go into spasms. By tightening the abs and butt, the pelvis is neutral bringing balance to the vertebral units. Less pressure on the disks and more spacing in between the vertebra.
