Pecan-Almond crust, Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

Crust:
1 cup grams pecan nuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Filling:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup MCT Coconut Oil
1 cup Coconut milk
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
4 tbsp. PB2 peanut butter powder
6 tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
10 drops Liquid Stevia -Take the pecans and slivered almonds and pulse in a processor until you have a fine crumb texture. Add coconut oil and mix together in a bowl with the nuts.
The crust should come together when pressed into the base of your mini muffin tin. Freeze while you prepare the filling.
-Mix together all the other ingredients until everything is combined and slightly creamy. Pour mixture inside cupcake cups. -Place in the freezer to set overnight. Enjoy as a high energy fat treat.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bomb
1/2 cup MCT Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
4 tbsp. PB2 peanut butter powder
6 tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
6 tbsp. Coconut milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
10 drops Liquid Stevia
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Mix together all the ingredients until everything is combined and slightly creamy. Pour mixture inside cupcake cups. Sprinkle unsweetened shredded coconut on top. Set in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Enjoy as a high energy fat snack. These came out delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ When you overload your body with healthy fats and take away carbohydrates, it will begin to burn stored fats as the main energy source.
