If nobody recognizes you putting hard work in right away DO NOT GIVE UP. There will be someone someday that will really give you credit for the effort you’ve put in. Whether it’s in the gym, your job, school, your relationships, friendships, etc.... just keep going and I promise you when you keep grinding it will be noticed. Wanna give up? It’s impossible to get noticed if you never try. Do it for yourself and others will see tour true potential. Yeah instant gratification is nice but don’t settle for that. If you don’t have any room for improvement there’s no way you can strive for better. SO KEEP WORKIN HOMIES YOUR TIME WILL COME, even when your time does come STILL KEEP WORKIN. Slow down and take breaks but don’t ever stop. Ever. Feeling good and inspired today so I hope you get something out of this tangent of mine πŸ˜‚πŸ€©

Over these 8 weeks these girls definitely showed commitment and dedication. My goal over these past 8 weeks was for all of these girls to learn and adopt healthy habits that all contribute to a transformation. No extreme diets, no cardio 7 days a week, just a slow and steady approach. Going to extreme measures to look a certain way does produce a big physique change, but from past experience and from what I’ve heard from others doesn’t end that well. I didn’t want anyone to feel deprived or restricted with their diets because that often leads to a bad relationship with food! So for these girls to produce amazing results in just 8 weeks shows that this process works! Patience and consistency is what I preach and I’m hoping everyone continues on with these habits and makes it into a lifestyle πŸ˜€ I am so passionate about helping people better themselves... so doing these kinds of challenges lights a fire in me! Next challenge starts June 4th more details coming tonight 😎! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
