It’s a new year so let’s do this right. What’s the reason behind posting this meme besides that it’s hilarious? I see to many people in the gym who take a lot longer between sets then they should because they can’t take themselves away from there phone.
I’m fine with wanting to take a pic or video of/or after your set, BUT no checking emails, social networks, texts. Most likely their is someone who is waiting to use the equipment, and you don’t need 5 minutes between sets. Your not doing yourself any favors. Gym time is time to take care of business and leave everything else at the door.
