Guide to: cute, quick & easy hairstyles 🎀💁👒

style 1:
half up half down: part your hair to one side, take the top section of your hair and put it in a pony tail leaving the rest down, curl or straighten your hair

style 2:
pig tail fishtails: split your hair on two sides of your head with a part, fish tail braid one side of your hair, then the other. secure with a hair tie and pull out baby hairs

style 3:
crown braid: part your hair on the side, taking the front section of your hair into three sections, braid like normal but each time add a little bit of hair to the piece closest to your face, do until past your ear and secure with two bobby pins crisscrossed in the back

style 4:
the messy bun: (these are harder to achieve than you think) flip your hair over and grab it, make a messy ponytail, then twist your pony and wrap around .

—get up: get out of bed, check your phone, go to the bathroom, wash your face (if you wash it in the morning), and take a shower (if you didn't the night before)

—get dressed: pick out an outfit, get dressed and ready to start your day

Guide to: loosing weight 💪🏋🏻🍽

—cut out the junk and bring in the veggies: vegetables have a great amount of protein that you need in your everyday life. they're super healthy and will keep you filled up. always remember to have 3-5 cups of vegetables and fruits each day. veggies are a healthy alternative for chips, candies or snack foods —
—don't eat less, just choose better foods: eating less won't make you thinner, it'll just make you feel sick and will effect your health

—get at least 60 minutes of exersize about 4 times a week: you're supposed to excersise everyday, but let's face it, not everyone has time. even if you don't play a sport, dance or go to a gym there are many excersizes you can do while watching tv, doing homework, or even reading a book

—drink lots of water: water keeps you hydrated and is very natural. cut out the pop and juice and drink lots of water. it also helps your skin. even though a soda may be "diet" it still has surculose in it which is a very unhealthy type of sugar. even though fruit and veggies have sugar, it's a healthy kind that you should have 40 grams everyday
