A years difference in consistent lifting, eating more, and better life decisions. Progress takes time, but the more effort you put into it, the more you will progress. I’ve completely fell in love with the process. It amazes me what our bodies can do! 💪🏼🏋🏽‍♀️ (I could use some new gym clothes, and a tan 🙄) #fitnessmotivation

I’m doing my best to stay humble, God is helping me with that. But man It feels so good to see results! I hit my plateau and I’m finally crushing it 🙌🏼 I’ve switched up my workouts, and added cardio. I’ve also been trying to eat as many calories as I can, and increase the amount of protein I eat on a regular basis. (I’m trying so to eat healthier, but that’s almost impossible for me.. I love junky and greasy foods 🤷🏽‍♀️) I’ve also given my muscles MUCH more time to recover. Recovery is so important! I hardly work muscle groups more than once a week. I’m still not taking supplements or pre workout, and probably never will. I haven’t quite figured out what I’m doing right, but I’m progressing like crazy! I am just so happy with where I’m at, and it can only get better from here. 💪🏼 #hardwork
