Deadlifts and Good Mornings👌 These are two exercises women should make a priority. But, I’ve found that they are often overlooked. First Video (straight leg deadlifts): These can be done with a bar or with dumbbells. Bend at your hips to lower your torso until it's almost parallel to the floor. Keep the bar close to your body. Keeping your legs straight, imagine driving your heels through the floor and return to a standing position, while keeping the weights close to your body. Imagining your heels to going through the floor will help to activate your glutes and hamstrings. Second Video (good morning with squat): You can do good mornings all by themselves, OR you can hit more muscle groups by adding in a squat. Stand with your feet hip-width apart with a straight bar along your shoulder blades. Engage your core and keep your back neutral while pressing your butt backward, hinging at the hips, until your torso is almost parallel to the floor. Reverse the motion by contracting your glutes, hamstrings and lower back. OPTIONAL: add a squat at the top.
Both of these moves are great fat burners and help to train your back, abs and lower body. 🤗 Pick up a bar and get to work ladies 😉 #notjustfortheboys . . . .

Second video: Knee to chest, knee to elbow, knee to opposite elbow and leg lift. I performed this twice on each side and then completed 10 pushups for 4 sets. . . .
