Made standing cable rows a little more challenging last night by adding in some #bosu balance πŸ€—πŸ‘Š Not only does this work your back, but it also trains your quads and core.
Start by standing on the bosu ball with a slight bend at the knees, keep your back straight, core in tight and grip the cables.
Lower down into a squat position on the bosu and pull the cable to the sides of your chest and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Slowly extend your arms back out to the starting position and repeat.
I recommend 4 sets of 10-12. Keep in mind that you may need to lower the weight from what you normally do when standing on the floor. You want to make sure you can maintain your balance and not be pulled forward off the bosu ball.
