That moment when I made running look fun 🀣 A lot of people say to me "I hate running" "I'll do anything but run" "I can't believe you like doing that" ➑️ The truth is, when I think of "fun" things to do I can't say that I would put running on the top of my list. However, I don't run for the "fun" aspect. I run for my sanity and to allow me to put all the stressors in my life at the moment into perspective. It is also a time when I can truly disconnect from Instagram, Facebook, email, meal planning, business planning, accounting, payroll, scheduling... I turn my notifications OFF and my headphones ON. The "runner's high" is a real thing... not just immediately after a run but in the long term. The sense of empowerment and confidence it provides carries over to every aspect of life β˜€οΈ #HealthyBodyHealthyMind #StrongerGreen
