2️⃣ Battling Ropes - Burnout for 30 seconds x3

Really go slow with the Reverse Flies and focus on squeezing your rear delts at the top of the rep!

For the battling ropes, I went up and down for 10 seconds, then circles for 10 seconds and then the final 10 seconds doing whatever!

First off, everyone is different and each person's body responds better to certain types of training...

However, for ME, my legs starting putting on some serious size when I bought my first pair of squat shoes (Nike romaleos) and starting SQUATTING HEAVY! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Squatting heavy every single leg day with 5+ sets of 3-5 to start followed by supersets, drop sets and all kinds of fun! πŸ˜…

Although genetics play a factor, I can honestly say I have seen big improvements over the past few years from getting under the bar and getting to WORK! 😀πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‹πŸ»
