When you’re finally old enough to paint your own clown face but your younger sister gets stuck with your Ukrainian grandpa’s mustache and chin hair face paint job 🤣 #circa1996 #happyhalloween

College friend’s weddings are the best weddings. Congratulations Grant & Amy!! #happilyevereldridge

When you’re leaving for the weekend and saying your “goodbyes”.

Very fitting that the 3 of us are together to celebrate a great day in track and field history. Two world records: the men’s marathon and the decathlon. Meanwhile, we’re drinking beer and wine on the field at the @sfgiants game. #timeshavechanged

When your kid hasn’t seen you all day.

To the end of an awesome anniversary weekend 🍻

A successful canoe trip. Only Zora went overboard. 😎✌🏼

I feel so incredibly fortunate to have spent the last 5 years married this guy. Even though most of the time his deep, philosophical conversations are way over my head, his child-like enthusiasm keeps me laughing daily, and there’s never a shortage of outdoor adventure and travel in our life. Happy 5th Anniversary, Ashton ❤️

20 mile morning ride with a view. Happy Monday!

When you’re trying to get a good family pic and your kid won’t sit still... Happy 4th of July!

The older I get; the more I experience, the more I travel, and the more my health insurance premium in the US goes up, the more fortunate I feel to be Canadian. We have a lot to be proud of and thankful for. Cheers to the coolest country in the world with the nicest people in the world. Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦🍻❤️

As an athlete, I was surrounded by the most incredible team. All of these people, whether my coach, husband, massage therapist or manager were as dedicated to helping me reach my goals as I was.

Now, in light of all that’s been happening in sport with the sexual and verbal abuse cases, I feel even more fortunate. Today, in Montreal, another group of brave women will be publicly speaking out in a press conference about their experiences with abuse in sport. While their situation is extremely unfortunate and upsetting, these women want to use their voices to change the sports system for good so that no one ever has to go through what they went through. Let’s surround all current and future athletes with amazing people, and provide them with a safe and healthy environment to achieve their goals.
