Girls build that back! πŸ’ͺ Having a strong back and core is essential for good posture, and supporting strong form for other exercises. These are always my key exercises for back day, simple yet effective. .
⭕️ 3 x 12 Single arm rows .
⭕️ 3 x 12 Rows .
⭕️ 3 x 12 Bent over barbell rows .
I try to perform these exercises as slowly and controlled as possible, no flinging limbs about, or using momentum to cheat. Control the motion for maximum muscle contact! πŸ‘Œ
