Re: 📸 @patagoniabtv “Join us in-store this Friday (12/7) from 11am-2pm during the College Street Holiday Stroll with our friends at @briocoffeeworks ! We are joining forces for the morning to provide some fresh coffee and Patagonia Provisions treats to celebrate local!
Don’t forget to swing by the other 15 locally owned businesses from 4 - 8pm for their in-store events, as we celebrate all that College St. has to offer.”

Can’t wait serve up some coffee and treats with the Patagonia Burlington crew! Don’t forget to stop by and support your local College St. businesses💡♥️

So proud of our very own co-owner and roast-master, Nate, for placing 12th and qualifying for the US Coffee Roaster Championships! •
We thought the Myanmar natural processed coffee he roasted was sweet, with notes of dried fruit, almond, chocolate, and cinnamon. •
A true reflection of the hard work Nate puts into roasting here at Brio every day!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We are releasing a new roast of our Colombia El Obraje Geisha😄
Pre-order online or in-store to be sure you get your hands on this sensational coffee this holiday season. We will be roasting December 7th and will be available for sale in LIMITED quantities on December 8th.
Don’t miss out⭐️

New space means new hours! Getting the coffee roasting (and flowing) a little bit earlier for you all❣️☕️

This past week has been a whirlwind of moving, managing permits, and getting everything ready here at our new home at The Soda Plant. But we are thrilled to announce we are officially... OPEN! •
We always want to be as open with you with our business as we are with our coffees. So, you wont see us close our doors, paper up the windows, and keep you out while we perfect our space. That’s just not our style. We hope you pardon our dust and less than perfect appearance as we settle into our new digs. We welcome you to join in this experience with us, as they say: the journey is as fun as the destination. •
We have many exciting plans for this space, and cant wait for it to unfold. We will continue to update you and continue to roast coffee for you all. Consider us popped up and running.
Thank you all for the patience and support. Looking forward to embarking on this journey with you all!

From the day we started Brio, over 4 years ago, we had the goal in mind to act as a curator, roaster, and purveyor for exceptional coffee to Burlington, Vermont, and the greater New England area. The name “Brio” represents the vivacity and passion we strive to achieve in our beans, in our business, and what we hope to bring to our community.
The next chapter is about to begin for us as we say goodbye to our current location and say hello to our new roastery at @thesodaplant! As we prepare to say goodbye to the home we have been so honored to grow in for the past few years we wanted to share some snapshots of old beginnings.
As we embark on this new chapter with Brio we hope to continue to supply you all with a special and memorable coffee experience; and bring some Brio into your lives☕️

By the end of November you can find us at 266 Pine Street, along with some amazing makers @shacksbury @aliceandthemagician @tomgirljuiceco @kristakscruggs @pitchforkfarm @thesodaplant @jenkahnjewelry

We’re always serving up growlers at our rostery with these gorgeous tap handles from @rivenstudio 😍🌲

Happy #NationalCoffeeDay!💌
Every day is a coffee day for us, but since it’s an actual holiday, we thought we’d do something special.

For every purchase in-store and online, we’re going to donate a portion of profits to @food4farmers, our non-profit partner that facilitates the implementation of sustainable food security programs in coffee-growing communities.💛💛 Make a difference, drink some coffee, and let’s do some good!☕️💐

Soo excited to be a part of this year’s Feminista Barista Jam! 💃🏻☕️💃🏻
