So excited to announce my 3 part workshop yoga series hosted by Subterra. Much thought and love has gone into planning these workshops and I do hope you can join me! The series is designed to explore aspects of ourselves through different methods: meditation, asana and creativity.
Mind Workshop: (14/10/17) Will be an overview on the roots & benefits of meditation, calming breath work and fun, accessible meditation practices. We will end the workshop with a relaxing guided meditation by yours truly.
Body Workshop: (21/10/17) We will dive deep into our bodies with a very special heart centered asana practice rooted in the Embodied FlowYoga method.
Expression Workshop: (28/10/17) Will be a creative workshop that will include meditation, asana, creative journalling and mandala drawing.
