Sometimes we forget how far weโ€™ve come since we first started doing things the right way

On the left I was counting macros (fitting in a lot of junk) and lifting at the gym for at least an hour everyday. On the right, I eat when Iโ€™m hungry and I fill my body up with delicious foods that energize me โšก๏ธ I workout for about a half hour a day, 4 ish days a week ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

I spend less time on my nutrition (because Iโ€™m not counting EVERY SINGLE macro) AND spend less time exercising ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

As you can see by the pictures, the one on the right definitely shows me in a more healthy state and more confident. Based on the pictures, which plan do you choose?? ๐Ÿ‘€

This recipe was pretty good. Itโ€™s from Chrissy Teigenโ€™s recipes sheโ€™s doing for them. Honestly, one of the much better ones. Not all Blue Aprons are amazing or even really good, so I was pretty happy with this one
