- 1 tsp beetroot powder .

- 1 x frozen banana .
.

Blend together & top with favourite toppings! .

Just wow! Loving experimenting with rose water ATM, really digging the floral flavours! .

πŸ₯₯ 1/2 x can coconut milk @absolute_organic. πŸ₯₯ 3/4 x cup coconut yoghurt @nakulaorganic. πŸ₯₯ 3 x tsp rose flower water (or to taste - rose water strength will differ between brands). πŸ₯₯ 7-8 x sliced strawberries.

Mix the cream ingredients & add the fruit, simple! .

This high protein, high fibre, nutrient dense bundle of goodness is sure to satisfy!! .

What you will need ☝🏼 .

- 1 x cup almonds
. - 10 medjool dates (pitted)
. -3/4 cup @myhemple hemp protein powder .
- 1 x pinch of Celtic salt .
- 3 x tsp vanilla extract .
- 1/4 x cup cacao powder .
- 1/4 x cup @pureharvest oat milk .
- 1/2 cup dried sour cherries .

Method: .
Blend all ingredients together in your blender ( I use my @vitamix_aunz ) accept the sour cherries! Once blended, stir in the sour cherries! Roll into balls and dust with extra cacao powder for extra prettiness! .

Almond mylk + blue spirulina .
Recipe: .
β€’ 1 x cup almonds (soaked over night & rinsed)

β€’ 4 x cups filtered water .
β€’ dash maple syrup (add more if you prefer it sweeter) .
β€’ 1 x pinch of Celtic salt .
β€’ 1 tsp blue spirulina .
β€’ blend it all together on high in high powered blender (I use a @vitamix_aunz ) and then strain through a nut mylk bag & bobs your uncle πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ .

WHY? Blue spirulina is the antioxidant component of the blue green algae, called phycocyanin. The blue pigment is extracted to make this wonderful blue powder! The deep green component of the algae is chlorella 😊 .
