Q: Where are you from?
A: Small beach town of Half Moon Bay, California!
Q: What brought you here to BRICK?
A: The community and quality of the programming and coaching- I tried B|X for the first time and loved the team environment and supportive atmosphere. I started coming back for workouts regularly and was hooked! I moved to NYC and was looking for my 'home' as a coach, and have definitely found it here at BRICK.
Q: If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Chips and guac 🥑
Q: Besides fitness, how do you enjoy spending your time?
A: I love doing anything outdoors (beach!) and love going to dance salsa whenever I can.
Q: Tell us a random fact about yourself.
A: I am fluent in Spanish and lived in South America for 3 years!
Q: What would you consider to be your spirit animal?
A: Got some help with this one and multiple people (without any hesitation) said a golden retriever. Always friendly, smiling, genuinely happy to see you and doing what I can to have a positive impact on other people's days and lives.
Q: Who inspires you the most?
A: My grandma. She's 93 and still does what she can to help others. Her advice is to do something kind for someone else every. single. day!
Q: 2017 Fitness Goals:
A: Be proud of the way I feel everyday because of the hard work I put in- it's easy to forget that this is what connects us, and what makes us better people in all aspects of our lives- taking the positive vibes post-workout and bringing them into everything we do!
Q: What music do you jam out to?
A: If you have ever seen me working out at BRICK after class you know it's Reggaeton!
