I definitely don't walk around with abs (and a filter) all day, far from it. My body naturally stores the most fat over my abs and hips, and my stomach muscles themselves are not thick and blocky, so genetically I can never have a stereotype 6 pack, my body just isn't made like that. My stomach is the first place to store fat and the last place to lean out; so for my abs to be permanently defined I need to go to a very low (and unhealthy for me) body fat percentage.
Today my body chose to show me some definition, and that's cool, but most other days it's the opposite and that's cool too.
I'm still working on finding balance in food, training, mental health and life, and that includes believing that I am enough, just as I am, abs or not.
