Personal training VS Group fitness 😱
Nobody can answer that question better than you. If I had all the money in the world, I’m pretty sure I would still do a mix of both.
The most important takeaway is actually within. The more you know about your body, the more successful every workout will be, whether it’s one-on-one or in a room of 60.
We lean on trainers for more than just programming- accountability, motivation, entertainment, even a friend to listen to how your bumble date went.. it can be a very vulnerable relationship. I bet if you give yourself that same opportunity to get real with your body mechanics, your results will skyrocket. ⠀⠀
