Roasted some acorn squash and sautéed it with garlic, leeks, kale and crimini mushrooms and served it on some rice pasta. Despite the garlic, I'm finding it lacking that...something. Any good spice recommendations? And no I don't like hot spices haha.
Made some spaghetti squash with bacon and sautéed crimini mushrooms, kale, garlic and leeks for dinner and (after several attempts) made rutabaga fries which were DELICIOUS. Shoutout to the one and only @morgangueldner for slicing rutabaga like a boss.
