Couldn't decide on my favorite the Maytag Burger (bacon, blue cheese, and fig compote) or the OMG Burger (bacon, banana, peanut butter, jelly). So I got both and had half of each...well maybe 2/3 of each but the fries weren't their best so I didnt finish one whole order (went with regular and sweet potato). This is when I need a coach the most. Today I was a prep low, muscles had no hardness to them, legs and other areas cramping out of the blue. I wanted to skip my off day and train and keep pushing, but Matt said no training, no cardio, and eat. At least this process was tasty and I got a ton of shit done around the house the last 2 days I've put off!
