Back to the good ol' grind 💪🏻
Summer is around the corner and as much as I am content with my body atm I am ready to slim down for bikini weather. I also would like to start eating healthier because it just makes me feel better in general. I've talked about BPI's CLA and + Carnitine before, but I usually drink it first thing in the morning or early afternoon when I'm craving a snack or something sweet (flavors on point) Its' really the only "weight loss" supp I take, but mostly It helps aid in stubborn stomach fat loss and also gives me a natural boost of energy to jump start my day. When anyone asks me if they NEED supplements my answer is always, no you don't NEED them, but supplements do exactly that- they supplement and enhance hard work. It was a close call between caramel and mocha requests sooooo here is my caramel/mocha version! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Stbks has a ton of added sugars in their frapps so here is an alternative you can make at home with the only sugars being from the natural sugars in the banana!

1 frozen banana
1/3c unsweetened almond milk
