Props to my pal Eric for finishing 3rd place on a 26inch, V-Braked Ti mountain bike with the narrowist bars I've seen.
Yesterday was as hot as it was in the stage race I did in Thailand three months ago, it was giving me horrible flashbacks. I cracked in the heat but still managed 5th against the toughest MN field yet.

Cruising with Dad tonight.

It's been an absolute amazing week up here in Detroit Lakes. It's so good I've stayed an extra three days, nothing beats mountain biking and road riding in the country side, warm sun, cool water and tubing behind the boat.

Great to catch-up with @6birdman6 today and shred the Lag. I love the natural-techy singletrack up at Maplelag, seriously some of the best trail in Minnesota. Even was able to get @callum_gordon on a mtn bike and shred with us.

Great to have Megan back in America. Up north in beautiful Detroit Lakes, MN for America's birthday.

Happy soon to be birthday America πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ -

Giv'ner 3/4ths throttle the other night at the local crit, good to be back mixing it up with these guys. Mate @callum_gordon was able to take the win. My dad @tmbimages with the πŸ“·. See you again soon MPLS road scene!

Happy to take that big piece of granite home yesterday after an awesome battle with the two guys that finished behind me(@masonbacso & @typicalnondescriptusername) we got a lead gap on the race and it lasted that way until the race ended. Sam went OTB on the last lap in front of me and Mason took off. I got around Sam and then caught up to Mason later in the lap. I let Mason do a lot of work before I passed him on a ski trail in the last section of singletrack before we geared up for a 180 and full on sprint. I was able to keep the lead and out sprint Mason. Cheers to Mason and Sam on a great race.

It feels like I've never left. Great to be back riding with my old training partner, Eric. Plus guest appearance by his Dad, John! 135k's of fun today.

Turns out Jeff Hall is still really fast. He dropped me the last half lap in the single track. Good to be back mixing it up with him and the rest of these dudes.
