🔥5 weeks out UPDATE,things are getting tougher by the day now,my sleep is SO BAD,my workouts are terrible and my hormones seem to be all over the place,but I made myself a promise before I signed up for this show that it’s a DO or DIE💪🏼LETS GO!!

-These top 2 exercises are my favorite I feel like using cables really keeps constant tension on the bicep and as-well as using that straight bar helps me activate the muscle better instead of using free weights👉🏼What do you prefer cables or free weights?

👉🏼less then 6 weeks out from @summershreddingevents and the pressure is on,now I feel like I don’t have enough time(which is the mentality you want on prep) I now gotta push and Grind harder then ever before I have a minor injury on my neck,and needing a root canal done on my tooth,while dealing with some family emergency stuff:/ BUT NOTHING WILL STOP ME💪🏼🔥

👉🏼Have a routine!! Had my last cheat meal of this prep last night 👍🏼went a little to crazy but these next last 6 weeks is Grind time no more messing around or slacking it’s GO time💪🏼

✖️Early morning no pump!!Physique Update....if you look closer you can see a vein on my lower abs😳...but this is gonna be one of my poses I hit on stage what y’all think? Currently got 3-4lb to drop in 7 weeks still💪🏼and we’re hitting that stage.

-Been hitting shoulders 2x a week now and starting to see some detail I keep the workout 40-50 min Long with lots of volume in there💪🏼
