Many girls message me saying they have stubborn fat just below their bum and want the best exercises to do for this area.
You cannot target fat in a specific area so always bear that in mind BUT if you perform exercises that target your glutes and hamstrings AND follow the correct diet for YOURSELF, you can most definitely improve the appearance of your under booty. .
Don’t be scared to challenge yourself with your weights, if you feel you’ve got your form on point - GO FOR IT 🙌🏻 the heavier you lift, the more progress you will make!

⚡️MINI BARBELL BOOTY WORKOUT⚡️
.
If the squat racks are taken I like to use a mini Barbell! Instead of doing pyramid training, which is how I often utilize these workouts in PWR, I will do sets of slightly higher reps (12-15) as the weight is lighter! Also, if you are just starting out the mini barbells are excellent! JUST the bar (Olympic Barbell) weighs 45 lbs, so until you are 100% comfortable doing these moves with at least a 60 lb mini Barbell, stick with the smaller ones! Then build up.🏋🏻‍♀️🖤⚡️

Four sets of 15 reps for each of these moves for a challenging Glutes and Hamstring focused session!👊🏼

1️⃣ CABLE OR MACHINE KICK BACKS - absolute favourite of mine, you'll usually find them programmed at the start of my programming purely as an activation exercise!
2️⃣ CABLE SQUATS- is always amazing paired in a superset or tri-set i work on high volume with constant tension.
3️⃣ CABLE PULL THROUGHS- for that glute and hammy, to make that Booty lift again looooads of volume!! -
4️⃣ GLUTE ABDUCTION- I always throw it in at the start and end of my session. It's proper brutal, I change up my rep range, always add iso-tension holds to create as much blood volume to my booty as possible!

This workout is dumbbell based so it can be super helpful if the gym is extremely busy😩🔥 Here are the exercises I’m doing: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Jumping squats touching the step! Every time you come back down, make sure your bum touches the step before going back up! Don’t rest on it though 4x10
2️⃣ Bulgarian split squats 3x15 (each leg)
3️⃣ Back and forth crab walks 5x20 (10steps each leg) make sure you’re in a squat position the whole time!!

Here’s a minimal equipment/minimum impact leg & glute workout you can do anywhere. I’ve been doing a lot of resistance band work now and focusing on doing 4-5 exercises during my gym sessions since I get tired a lot quicker.⁣

1️⃣ Resistance Band Deadlifts - 4 sets of 15 reps⁣
2️⃣ Straight Leg Kickbacks - 4 sets of 12 reps per leg⁣
3️⃣ Kickbacks - 4 sets of 12 reps per leg⁣
4️⃣ Banded Squats - 4 sets of as many reps as possible⁣
