Toning and sculpting day using bands!! These are just a few of my band workouts. I use bands once every week and a half/two weeks for an easy leg day or sometimes a rest day! 4 sets of 12-20 for each exercise. These videos are all sped up x2! Single leg bench lunges! I hold a 50lb dumbbell in each hand and I do 20 reps on each leg. If your feeling it more in your quads try shifting your weight more so that your hitting your booty! Duck squats ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ caption says it all. I use the 120 lb dumbbell and I wish they had a heavier one ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ 4 sets of 20 with a heavy weight (your legs can hold a lot of weight) I adjust my grip quickly every so often when I go down during my set because my finger strength sucks! Hip thrusts๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘ 4 sets or 15 normal full motion reps then 5 pluses (quick moving set, not full range) then I slide the weight away and do 10 thrusts with just body weight. I start off with a 45 on either side then work my way up in weight and end with a 45 and 25 on either side๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ #glutes #stayfit #fitnessgirl #fitnessmotivation #booty๐Ÿ‘ #fitness #fitnessinspiration #fit

So this workout is done using the assisted pull-up machine. I use 175lbs and I do 4 sets of 15-20. (I started off doing this workout at about 130lbs and have worked my way up!) Straight leg deadlifts for glutes and hamstrings! (I prefer some bend in my knee) I use the 110 lb bar and do 4 sets of 20. Make sure to squeeze your ๐Ÿ‘ at the top and use your legs NOT your arms/back!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘
