Don’t neglect your calves!! (Especially if you wanna look good in those 👠 ladies). Your calves are referred to as the bodies second heart and they help propel blood back to the heart, it’s important not to neglect them wether it’s just adding a calf exercise to a leg day or doing a day of calves as a light workout day, get them done! I love this machine for calves and I usually do one big drop set as a full set (about 5/6 sets of 12 reps consistently while moving the weight, that’s one big set) and I do 4 of this big sets! (Because I’m drop setting my foot range isn’t as good as I’d like so watch your form if you’re not drop setting and already sore!
