Side lunges with weight! For these I usually use 60-80lbs and I do 4 sets of 15 (on each leg, so go until 30) these are amazing for your outer glutes and inner thighs! Make sure your knee doesn’t come over your toe and that you aren’t pulling from your back! 315 for 10 on hip thrusts (12 air thrusts after) hip thrusts are one of my favorite and the best booty building exercises! I started off with 135 for 15 and 12 air thrusts then went up to 225 for 15 with another 12 air thrusts then I did 275 for 15 and another 12 air thrusts and ended with the 315! You do not have to go super heavy with this exercise for it to be effective! I highly recommend incorporating hip thrusts into your leg day 🍑💪🏽

Don’t neglect your calves!! (Especially if you wanna look good in those 👠 ladies). Your calves are referred to as the bodies second heart and they help propel blood back to the heart, it’s important not to neglect them wether it’s just adding a calf exercise to a leg day or doing a day of calves as a light workout day, get them done! I love this machine for calves and I usually do one big drop set as a full set (about 5/6 sets of 12 reps consistently while moving the weight, that’s one big set) and I do 4 of this big sets! (Because I’m drop setting my foot range isn’t as good as I’d like so watch your form if you’re not drop setting and already sore!

Curtsy lunges 💪🏽🍑 just like with and lunges or glute focused exercise you don’t want your knees to come over your toes! I’m using 60lbs for this (could go heavier but I can’t get it over my head as easy) I do 4 sets of 15 on each leg so 30 if your counting consecutively! Keeping your balance for this one can be a bit tricky so start with a low weight if any! This workout is glute targeted and good for toning and sculpting with low weight and building and sculpting with heavier weight! Hip abductors! This is one of my favorite machines for booty workouts! I usually use this machine for about an hour. Lol🙈 I do 4 giant dropsets. (Move the weight during the workout to a lighter weight each mini set) I start at 255 ish (not positive on the weight, but I use the heaviest it goes) and I end at around 115! And I do 12 of each without stopping, just move the weight up one, do 12, and repeat until failure! I also do a separate day where I sit on the machine the right way and do drop sets like that as well I usually only start at 190 for those and end at around 35!! I like to stand on this over sitting because I feel it in more areas of my glutes than just around my abductors!
