The story of how I got here with even some before and after pics 🙈 My relationship with food was such a struggle before I found Veganism. Food was literally all that was on my mind, I could never eat enough... but the more I ate the more guilt I would have after each meal. I would try calorie restricting and new diets but always thought I just didn't have the "self control" that others had. All because I wasn't fueling my body correctly, instead of eating an abundance of plant foods, I was eating a diet based around animal products so therefore I couldn't eat the amount that I wanted to without gaining weight.
After 3 years on a vegan diet restriction never pops into my mind, I eat until I am full and satisfied at each meal, guilt free! Diet is so much more then what you put in your mouth, it's your fuel, your source of energy, what keeps you alive and most of all what makes you thrive OR makes you wither... depending on what you choose to fuel yourself with.
Now most of my diet comes from healthy wholefoods which nourish me and keep me healthy but I still indulge in vegan treats, cake, burgers, chocolate etc....all in balance, when I feel like it, and this freedom was never something I use to have. 🕊🦋
Not to mention the pure bliss that comes with being vegan, saving the animals and our beautiful planet, grounding and connecting you with mothernature 🐝🍃 feeling so grateful for finding this lifestyle and it changing my whole world and thankful to be able to share it with you💛
