Chocolate Banana Bread Protein Donuts (Baked & Gluten Free)⠀⠀

Ingredients:⠀⠀
1.5 Scoops of NutraBio Muscle Matrix MRP - Banana⠀⠀
¾ Cup Banana Flour⠀⠀
2 tbsp Coconut Flour⠀⠀
5 tbsp Coconut Sugar⠀⠀
1 Mashed Banana⠀⠀
1 Egg, 1 Egg White⠀⠀
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil⠀⠀
1 tsp Baking Powder⠀⠀
5 tsp Guar Gum⠀⠀
1 tsp Vanilla Extract⠀⠀
½ tsp Cinnamon⠀⠀
¼ Cup Dark Unsweetened Chocolate Chips⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Frosting:⠀⠀
¼ Cup chocolate chips melted w/0.5 tbsp coconut oil⠀⠀
+ ½ Scoop of NutraBio Classic Whey - Chocolate⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Directions:⠀⠀
With a fork mash one large banana along with your other wet ingredients.⠀⠀
Then stir in the dry ingredients. Batter consistency should resemble cake batter.⠀⠀
Use a piping bag or ziploc with the corner cut to fill your greased donut pan.⠀⠀
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.⠀⠀
Let cool. Then dip donut into small bowl with mixture (and top with coconut flakes or sprinkles).⠀⠀
Let cool in the fridge so donuts get that hard shell⠀⠀
