💡Here's a scheduling hack: All those things you've wanted to do - like go to a yoga class 🧘‍♀️, get through a massive booklist 📚, make healthier choices on a daily basis 🥑, journal and get clear of your vision 🙇‍♀️ - schedule it in your day as you would a meeting (with yourself). Most of us are visual learners, so instead of just hearing a date/time, pencil it in your hard copy calendar - one like the one from @saintbelford. Or, you can also DIY like one of my most diligent students @darcy_crowe

I used to teach 25 yoga classes per week in Perth. This is considered A LOT in the yoga teaching world!!! 😲

From all that teaching, I was then able to sift through the classes that enriched me and let go of the ones that didn’t. I was able to find more time for self-practice 🧘‍♀️ (and not just for the intention of figuring out what I was going to teach).

Hi!!! It's me! I was hoping, wishing, waiting for these bad boys #braceface to be taken off today but it didn't happen. Next Monday, it'll be time. Another few more days of the metal won't hurt. 😬😬😬

Yoga, it's taught me to be patient (and do the work). 😅 I had them when I was 12 but post-braces, I was hella lazy in putting my retainer on at night-time. I've learnt my lesson now! Thanks Dr G @katherinegoon
