Pure Inspiration @kay.scrumpnugget ❀️πŸ”₯ β€”> I get asked for before and after photos occasionally and the truth is, I don't have any! I didn't start this journey to lose weight so I didn't think about it. I started it to be healthier! It's fine if a goal is to lose weight but don't get hooked on a scale, instead of the feeling of accomplishment. So on the left is my first week of bodyrock and the video on the right is just this last week. You can see how I have lost weight, toned up, improved my form... But most of all how I'm stronger. ("I'm stronger than yesterdaaaaaay." 🎢🎢 Brittney anyone???) My squats weren't as low and my back went down with it too much, 10lbs a hand was my max weight (now easily 21lb and sometimes 30), don't even ask me about my old swings πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚, my pushups were the flare out to the sides version (no good for your elbows!), no weighted vest, and my deadlifts and squats were at 20lbs instead of the 82 I can do now (that includes the vest)... Not to mention just feeling better about myself, not getting exhausted going up stairs, and just being healthier in general even if I am sore all the time πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. So these are the real reasons I workout. And they keep me motivated to keep going when a scale can be full of lies and not show the good you are doing to the inside of your body (and your soul!). @bodyrocktvseanlight @bodyrockofficial @bodyrocktv_lisamarie
