BODYpow is an all-body bodyweight-only training program. It is a combination of strength and flexibility, anaerobic and aerobic, isometric and plyometric conditioning. It is a yoga-esque, pilates-like, cardio-ish, HIIT-optional, metabolism-boosting workout. BODYpow is a Personally Optimized Workout (pow). You can pow it out with me anytime, anywhere online. I record every workout I instruct and I share them all with you, less than 5 hours a week total. No secret workouts elsewhere. If I can do it, so can you. ||
Stop assuming I've always looked a certain way. I have not. Stop assuming I eat differently. I do not. Burgers, nachos, ice cream, sugar, etc-- I eat it all. In moderation, yes.
