One of our favorite healthy lunches! Curries chicken wraps. Easy to make as a pre or post workout meal with only 379 calories.

2-3 leftover cooked chicken breasts or thighs, shredded
100g greek yogurt
1 tbsp tikka masala curry paste
1ยฝ tbsp mango chutney
4 tortilla wraps
1 little gem lettuce

01.Add the greek yogurt, tikka masala curry paste and mango chutney to the shredded chicken, then mix to combine.
02.In a dry frying pan, lightly toast the tortilla wraps, then cool. Shred the lettuce and divide among the wraps with the chicken. Roll up and put in 2 sealable containers. Chill until ready to serve.

Before you get your morning workout in make sure youโ€™re properly fueled so you can get the most out of those gains ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Hereโ€™s a fun and healthy recipe you can make ahead of time as a quick grab and go for when time is short!

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 lean breakfast turkey sausage links
- 5 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium skillet, brown the turkey sausage links on medium-high heat. Cook until sausage is brown all the way through. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch pieces and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites and eggs. Then, whisk in skim milk and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Last, stir in the chopped spinach.
- Grease 6 muffin tin cups with cooking spray or line cups with paper liners. Pour egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Distribute cheese and sausage equally between each muffin cup.
- Bake egg muffins for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are firm in the center. Remove from oven and gently go round each egg with a butter knife. Serve warm.
- Note-you can store the egg muffins in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheat them in the microwave
