When it comes to your health and happiness, everything comes from your purpose. You should always start with your “why”. You should ask, “Why do I want to lose weight?”, “Why do I want to eat well?”, “Why do I want to feel healthy?”.
For BODYISM founder @jamesduigan, he discovered his “why” five years ago, when his first child Charlotte was born. "It was the proudest, most alive moment of my life. When it came to my health, I had my purpose: to live a long, healthy and happy life so I can be a strong father for my kids (and one day grand kids).
