What dreams have you spent years talking about but never accomplished? Don't front .... You told yourself and those around you what you were going to do "one day" . You were excited to tell your dreams to anyone that would listen

You may have wasted valuable time saying, “One day I am going to start my own business, next month I will start a savings plan , tomorrow I will start my diet or next year I am going back to school”. Seven years, ten jobs and a mad pounds later , you are still saying the same thing. Life is moving and you are still stuck singing the same old song.

Make your vision a reality

I know this story all too well because it is my story. I realized a few years ago that if I am going to live my vision, I must get busy. The one thing you and I can never get back is missed time. Today is the perfect day to stop talking about what you desire to do and start doing it.

You must determine to not let the fear of failure or rejection, excuses, what others think and procrastination hinder you any longer. Forget what these people think of you..... especially people you don't even know (social media) You must make up your mind to pursue your vision even if you have to do it afraid. If you begin to make the effort to move your vision forward, God will send the necessary resources and people you need to make things happen.

The time is now to make your vision a reality. You will encounter struggle, resistance and opposition, but you can do it. I'm going to keep it 1,000 .... Everyone close to you will not understand why you are doing what you are doing, but do it anyway. Sometimes it will take great effort to motivate yourself to move forward, but let faith lead you.

Let me start by saying We ALL need accountability for ANY goals we want to achieve especially for weight loss.
We NEED each other to get what we want out of life Str8 up! What's really dope is, by helping others with their accountability, they can help us with our accountability. And that is a win/win situation…with everyone getting the accountability that they need! Making for a much happier life…and let’s Keep it 💯 , isn’t that what we all want? I know I do!

Having an accountability partner is Major Key (Khaled Voice) and
So let’s break this joint down on how accountability is important to specifically achieving fitness goals. For starters, the key is consistency. And without accountability, it’s hard to be consistent. Let me give you an example: Let’s say you are mad hyped about working out. You set a goal for yourself that you are going to get up and go to the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5am. You do it for 2 weeks straight and then your alarm doesn’t go off one morning, and you kinda liked sleeping in, so you decide you just don’t “like” getting up and working out that early in the morning anymore. So you don’t…and you don’t achieve the goal you set for yourself. You had no accountability, therefore, you didn’t have any one to push you towards your goal. You see where I'm going with this family!

People always ask me...... Why? Why did I do this project? Why did I risk my life and my sanity for others? Did you know they had to stop me from gaining weight after the third month because I was at risk of having a stroke? My blood pressure was 160/120 and I was prescribed #Norvasc *high blood pressure medicine

So I understand 100% because I've been there before, I know what it is like to be treated differently because you are overweight, not being able to fit into the clothes that you desire (remember just because you squeezed into them doesn't make it right), lying to MYSELF that I like being a big boy , buying material things to make me feel better about myself but check this out ...... you wouldn't dare catch my big boy self in front of a full body mirror naked. All of this so that I wouldn't face the truth that I was unhappy with myself.

I refuse to stand by and watch others go through this as well. Being a former Medical Technician of the NYC Fire Department I guess I'm hardwired to step forward in the heat of the moment during an emergency...... make no mistake people "OBESITY& #34; is a medical emergency Especially since:

The highest rates were in the Middle East and North Africa, where nearly 60 percent of men and 65 percent of women are heavy. The U.S. has about 13 percent of the world's fat population, a greater percentage than any other country. Overweight and obesity are the fifth leading risk for global deaths. At least 2.8 million adults die each year as a result of being overweight or obese.....yes those people look like our mothers, fathers, aunts, grandmothers, grandfathers, children and even OURSELVES
