Deadlifts primary lift today!!! Besides my holes glutes feeling fatigued from my class this morning, my lift fet great! You could tell my glute fatigue real good in this video. In my initial lift off they turn in just a tad! Ohh, and thanks @corbinblueeeee for the good luck chest rub. 💪 Gainzzz.

I've always tried to inform people that there is a lack of evidence/support that altitude training masks help with simulating altitude training (hypoxic environment) and/or improved aerobic conditioning. Most studies have been performed under endurance training programs that have resulted in no evidence of being beneficial.

Now here is evidence on how it negatively affects your total volume completed on lower body resistance training. Which ultimately results in an impeded resistance training adaptation (less gainz). Yes, it does make your workout seem more challenging, but does that mean you're getting better? Why just run 1 mile when you could do 2, why only perform 30 reps when you could do 40?

Hitting my day 3 (workout 5) of this week here in a little bit. Worked this morning, worked out with my fitness class, now time for a little power nap and then lift!! My last 3 posts have been my workouts. I do 3 heavy lifting days per week. Nothing special, nothing new, just some heavy ass lifting!!! I also do an Oly lifting day, aerobic day, and metabolic day during the week.

I'm super pumped to get back into lifting this week!!!!! I rolled my ankle really bad so I just wanted to stay off it as much as possible before my trip to Portland. Today is my first day lifting since the 23rd 🙈🙈🙊🙊. But I'm going to hop back in and kicking ass. Back to the grind!
