I have chronic exertional compartment syndrome in both calves which can sometimes cause me alot of pain in my lower legs. adjust strap to fit your calf, point your toe, tighten the nob for resistance. Make sure the nob is pointing down toward your foot. You can also do a basic wall stretch. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds.
